At Fitquest360 we want to help you create changes in your life so that you can achieve the body and fitness you crave!
Achieving your ideal body isn't the main focus for us even though we want you to get to whatever your physical goal is.
For us the mission is to help you to achieve a life that is full of confidence, strength, fitness and overcoming obstacles (and this is the usual outcome from training with us because that’s where we put the energy! ) ... and your body will reflect your hard work, your choices and your mindset.
Once you embrace the changes - you will achieve so much more than you even set out to! Our members first come to us with a physical goal in mind… and they stay for literally years and years because of the lifelong skills, mindset and growth they continually achieve. Mentally and physically they are stronger and stronger.
At Fitquest360, we also love to give you free resources, tips and anything we can think of that will inspire you to continue to pursue your best life. We have a FREE Facebook Group where each week we put a free item in there from recipes, to workouts and more. Join here to be in the group. It’s run by the owner (that’s me actually) of Fitquest360! I am personally in there each week with something to share to help you out all year long. You may never set foot in our Boutique Studio, but our goal is to give you a reason to do something towards your fitness in a way that suits you!
THE 6 WEEK SPRING CHALLENGE….
Well this is the first time ever we have put together a Challenge for free! Our SPRINGO/BINGO style challenge will make it a simple, rewarding and fun way to get going.
We really want you to get comfortable and have fun challenging yourself, so that you enjoy the process of making new habits. So let's go.. fill in our form and jump on board. You have nothing to lose (well maybe a few kilos if that's your goal), but everything to gain. Energy, focus, fun, fitness, strength, new daily habits.
You will receive a message back from Allison Everett (owner of Fitquest360) with info on the challenge within 1-2 days of your form submission. The challenge is a personal challenge for you to give yourself a 6 week boost from Spring into Summer. Just have some fun and feel free to book a No Sweat Intro, if you at any stage you’re looking to discuss your goals more personally and possibly come in to see our Boutique Strength & Fitness Space.
